Annual Ornament Fundraiser

Ready to collect affordable art by local artists that also supports a nonprofit? Read the interview below with Barnstone Art for Kids to find out when and where!

What is Barnstone Art for Kids?

Barnstone Art for Kids is a non-profit based in Phoenixville that uses the power of art to foster resilience and community connection in children facing adversity. We offer free, trauma-informed art programs to young artists (aged 6-18) that build confidence, encourage healthy expression, nurture connection, and inspire passion. Every student is paired up with a mentor from the community as they work together every week for the entirety of the year-long program!

What is the ornament fundraiser?

Our annual Ornament Fundraiser kicks off with a special celebration on December 4th from 5-8 p.m. at Triptych Salon in downtown Phoenixville. This year, we're featuring over 40 hand-crafted ornaments, each a unique piece of art created by a talented local artist. For a $50 donation, you take home a beautiful, one-of-a-kind treasure to display on your tree or in your home year-round! Most importantly, every single dollar goes directly to support young artists in our community, providing them with the supplies they need for their year-long program and training for the mentors who support them. After the party, ornaments will be available at Triptych and on our website through the end of the month! Keep an eye on our Instagram (@barnstoneart4kids) for sneak peeks of these beautiful works of art!

What are ways to get involved with Barnstone Art for Kids throughout the year?

There are lots of ways to support Barnstone Art for Kids throughout the year! We rely on volunteers from the community to support our year-long program and offer trauma-informed training for those who are interested. Or, if you are an artist looking for a unique way to support, we are always excited to welcome new faces to our Spring art auction. Information on volunteering and our annual art auction can be found on our website barnstoneartforkids.org!
