5 Ways to Connect with the PXV Art Community for FREE!

Want to be more involved in the PXV art community, but don’t know where to start? Here are five FREE ways to meet other creatives and to stay updated on art events.

2: Sillly Little Newspaper

Grab a free mini newspaper from Silly Little Art Shop! Newspapers drop once a month and feature local artists, shows, and events!

3: Phoenixville Junk Journal Club

BYO supplies to be a part of the Phoenixville Junk Journal Club! Meetups happen once a month on a Sunday. To join, simply RSVP to an upcoming event on Instagram or Facebook!

4: Attend an Opening Reception

Opening receptions for art shows happen in Phoenixville nearly every month. They are a great way to meet exhibiting artists, business owners, and other creatives attending these events. Opening receptions this March are for John Martin at Silly Little Art Shop, Megan Taylor at Julie Miller Pottery, and Root & Rocks at Julie Miller Pottery.

5: Subscribe to the Artists of PXV Newsletter

If you want to be in the know for opening receptions and art events, the best way to do it is by subscribing to the Artists of PXV monthly newsletter. Subscribers receive an email on the first of every month that includes key dates and links to more information about events. Each month also includes a special article featuring a particular Phoenixville artist or event.

It’s just the beginning!

There are even more FREE ways to connect this year. We are excited for the return of First Fridays, Open Studios at The Upstairs Studio Artists, the Phoenixville Art Street Festival on June 13th, the Phoenixville Pottery Festival on August 7th, and the Phoenixville Art Walk on October 4th!
